PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the Uniform Rules of Practice, your appearance or submission in opposition to this application is not required on the return date.

The matter shall be adjourned generally, and all issues raised herein shall be deemed automatically denied by you twenty (20) days after completion of service of the within Notice and Petition, pending judicial intervention pursuant to Section 712 of the Real Property Tax Law.
